The Way We Use Information:
We use the information you provide about yourself when placing an order only to complete that order. We do not share this information with outside parties except to the extent necessary to complete that order.

We use return email addresses to answer the email we receive. Such addresses are not used for any other purpose and are not shared with outside parties.

You can subscribe to our mailing list if you would like to receive updates on our new products and services by email. Information you submit on our website will not be used for this purpose unless you fill out the registration form. We use non-identifying and aggregate information to better design our website and to share with advertisers. For example, we may tell an advertiser that X number of individuals visited a certain area on our website, or that Y number of men and Z number of women filled out our registration form, but we would not disclose anything that could be used to identify those individuals.

We also may use your IP address to identify you as a user so that we may track how you used our website. We only use this information to track a generic user to help us understand user patterns of shopping and how we can improve upon our user's shopping experience. If you place on order online, we track your IP address in order to protect again fraud. If you do not place an order, your IP address will be deleted from our tracking in less than 30 days. We share this information with no other parties unless we suspect a clear case of fraud or cyber crime. If we detect an instance of cyber crime, we will report all data immediately to the Federal Bureau of Investigation's Cyber Crime Division immediately.

Our Commitment To Data Security:
To prevent unauthorized access, maintain data accuracy, and ensure the correct use of information, we have put in place appropriate physical, electronic, and managerial procedures to safeguard and secure the information we collect online. Any sensitive information will be gathered through Secure Socket Layer 128 bit encryption to assure that your data is safe between your browser and our servers. If you opt to pay online by credit card, this transaction runs through yet another layer of encryption.

What's more, we further encrypt your credit card information temporarily -- in case there is a problem with your billing. This encrypted credit card information is retained for no more than 30 days on our system.

Return Policies:

We understand that sometimes a particular product you may order isn't exactly what you expected, and sometimes a shipping carrier may deliver a product damaged.

If you have cause to return a product we have shipped to you, please facilitate your return by following our policies:

• Customized or digital products and services may not be returned under any circumstances. This includes retainer payments.

• General physical products may be returned within 30 days (reversed through the same payment option you used to purchase).

• Return your product in its original packaging with all accompanying materials (such as instructions, etc.).

• Ship your product back to us through your carrier of choice.

• Please provide a print out of your original order confirmation.

• Once we have received your product and have inspected it, we will notify you by email.

• We cannot reimburse return shipping costs.

• We must have confirmation of your original order.

• Some items may require a restocking and/or processing fee.

IN NO EVENT WILL LIMELIGHT DEPARTMENT BE LIABLE TO CLIENT OR ANY THIRD PARTY FOR ANY DIRECT, INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES (INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION; INDIRECT, SPECIAL, PUNITIVE, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF BUSINESS, LOSS OF PROFITS, BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, INFRINGEMENT OF INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS OF THIRD PARTIES OR LOSS OF BUSINESS, FUNDS, INFORMATION OR OTHER DATA) ARISING OUT OF THE USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE CLIENT’S WEB SITE, OR FOR ANY CLAIM BY ANY OTHER PARTY, EVEN IF LIMELIGHT DEPARTMENT HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

Should Client default in payment or in performing any agreement or contract, Limelight Department may assume that Client does not wish to continue this Contract and may declare the entire balance due in full.

Unless directed otherwise by Limelight Department, all work products prepared by or for Limelight Department and all non-public information furnished by Limelight Department or of which Client becomes aware while performing any service, must not be disclosed to any third party but, rather, will remain confidential and the property of Limelight Department. Client must return all Confidential Information to Limelight Department at the direction of Limelight Department. Client must not use any Confidential Information or derivation thereof without the express, written consent of Limelight Department.

Limelight Department acknowledges that Client maintains exclusive lease of their Website. Client acknowledges that Limelight Department maintains ownership of all intellectual property (patented, trademarked and copyrighted information) including, but not limited to, conversion tools, code, graphics and sales copywriting displayed on or embedded in Client’s Website. Client’s use of Limelight Department’s intellectual property under the terms of any agreement or contract does not give Client any ownership or other rights in respect to such intellectual property. The copying, redistribution, reselling or publication of any part of the intellectual property without the express, written consent of Limelight Department is prohibited. Limelight Department grants Client, without additional fee or charge to Client, a nonexclusive, limited, personal and non-transferable license of Limelight Department’s intellectual property employed in providing the services, for the term of any agreement or contract, subject to the following restrictions: (1) no ownership rights are transferred to Client; (2) the intellectual property contains material that is protected by Oregon and United States Copyright Law and trade secret law; and (3) all rights not specifically granted to Client are herein reserved to Limelight Department. Client may not remove any proprietary notice of Limelight Department from any of Client’s Website code, architecture or linking.

Interpretation and enforcement of any agreement or contract will be subject to the laws of the State of Oregon. All parties to any agreement or contract consent to jurisdiction and venue in the Deschutes County Circuit Count in any matters related to any agreement or contract for Limelight Department ’s website services.

In the event of arbitration or litigation to interpret or enforce the terms of this any agreement or contract, the prevailing party in any arbitration, trial, bankruptcy proceeding, insolvency proceeding or appeal from any proceeding will be entitled to reasonable attorney fees and costs as determined by the arbitrator or court.
